Prepare the tomatoes: Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp. of Nowa Olive Oil, then add minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the tomatoes evenly.
Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tomatoes are blistered and soft.
If using balsamic vinegar, drizzle it over the roasted tomatoes after removing them from the oven.
Assemble the dish: Place the burrata on a serving plate. Spoon the roasted tomatoes around the burrata, drizzling any extra oil and juices from the pan over the top. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of the remaining 1 Tbsp. Nowa Olive Oil. Serve with crusty bread for dipping. Enjoy!
