How to Make it?
Preheat the oven to 250°F.
In a small oven-safe dish or saucepan, add peeled garlic cloves, Nowa Olive Oil, crushed red pepper flakes, black peppercorns, and thyme.
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until the garlic is soft and golden, but not browned.
Let it cool slightly and season with salt to taste.
Transfer the garlic and oil to a sterilized jar. Make sure the garlic is fully submerged in the oil. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. To use: Spread on bread or crackers, stir into pasta or mashed potatoes and use as a topping for grilled meats or vegetables.
